The Toledo District Golf Association (TDGA) will hold its annual rules seminars from 7 to 9 p.m. April 16 at Heather Downs Country Club and again 7 to 9 p.m. April 18 at Catawba Island Club in Port Clinton.

The TDGA is the authorized representative of the U.S. Golf Association in Northwest Ohio. It acts as the liaison between local golfers and the governing body of the game of golf in the United States.

It conducts seminars on the rules on golf, the handicap system and course ratings, as well as holds qualifying tournaments for USGA championships.

The TDGA also conducts golf tournaments for its member clubs.

The schedule allows members of these clubs to play professionally organized tournaments at member clubs in the area.

These tournaments offer opportunities for players of all skill levels.
