A world-renowned formulator of skin care products is scheduled to speak in Toledo on March 5.

Dr. Zein Obagi

Dr. Zein Obagi, a board-certified dermatologist of Beverly Hills, Calif., will present “Ultimate Skin Health – The Future of Skincare,” from 6-9 p.m. March 5 at the Toledo Museum of Art’s Glass Pavilion.

Obagi, who invented the Obagi Nu-Derm System, is “the world’s leading authority on skin aging and rejuvenation,” according to a news release.

Obagi will speak on a variety of topics, including how to create and maintain healthy skin, how to reduce the signs of aging,  skin rejuvenation and the latest advancements in skin treatments, according to the release.

Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

Cost is a choice of $10, $20 or $40 donation. Proceeds will be donated to The Skin Cancer Foundation. The chosen donation amount will be matched in product purchase that evening. Each guest will also receive a complimentary VISIA skin analysis, courtesy of Dr. Frank Barone, owner of  evolv Medical Aesthetics in Toledo.
