Toledo hasn't been in the NCAA tourney since Jimmy Carter was president and it doesn't look like they'll be back anytime soon. Terrible basketball program, nonexistent fan base. Div. champs whether the MAC likes it or not. Please let this be the last article in which the name Gene Cross is mentioned. I admire the players for playing hard for Coach Kowalcyk down to the very last game and I applaud their work in the classroom. Playing a sport and maintaining grades requires discipline and kudos to them for doing it. I agree that the Rockets are W. Div. champs whether the MAC likes it or not.
