I would have to say that makes about as much economic sense as the failed auto bailout did,which saw the elimination of Plymouth, Hummer, Mercury,Pontiac, Olsmobile !! And Fiat-Chrysler-is now an Italian company building Jeeps, in China, like anyone with a brain knew they would do ! Keith, when a natural gas company comes up to you with a $400,000 check for one month's gas supply-you'll sing a much different tune to be sure ! Think about that-you can by a green car for all of your friend's at the unemployment office ! Yeah well, as a PDY 74 graduate as you are.

I used to own land and would never lease those rights away. The environmental damage would be too great to offset any econmic gain.
