We would find our farm animals mutilated on & off. We complained to all the right sources and were told just "kids being kids" or "you must have done something to deserve it". Even the RCMP here in Canada told us there is nothing they can do for us & that perhaps we should think about moving. We couldn't understand this kind of mentality & got to wondering about people who do not have a problem with animal mutilations & don't seem to realize that this bespeaks a more serious problem for their kids in the future!
