Toledo’s weekend series opening game against Miami (OH) on March 30 was suspended due to lightning with the score tied at six in the fourth inning in Oxford.

The Rockets (11-12, 2-1 Mid-American Conference) will continue their matchup at 1 p.m. March 31, followed by their second game against Miami (13-11, 1-2 MAC) scheduled to start 30 minutes after the first game’s finish.

Toledo fell behind by two runs early before scoring six unanswered runs to take a 6-2 lead. The RedHawks, however, scored four runs in the bottom of the third to tie the game at six before lightning postponed the game in the fourth.
