Is it a REQUIREMENT that council member reside in the district that they represent? If not, WHY NOT??? How can they effectively represent an area that they are NOT TOTALLY COMMITTED TO?

Ms Rios, legalizing marijuana? If it is ever legalized, a BLACK MARKET will develop and the problem will continue. Look at the black market for cigarettes! Don’t hide your head in the sand, Ms. Rios! IT EXISTS!!!

Ms. Webb; why can’t you find gainful employment in Toledo? If you want to build Toledo up, your employment OUT OF STATE doesn’t really say much for your support of the area YOU want to represent! With another child on the way, as well as a full time career in MICHIGAN, are you sure you will have enough time to adequately represent those voters who put you in office?

Ms. Hicks-Hudson; Please tell your voters what you have done for your district. I live in YOUR DISTRICT and I really haven’t seen much! Your profile really doesn’t give much insight into your accomplishment as they relate to your district.
