Due to an overwhelming response, Toledo Housing Court Judge C. Allen McConnell will extend the Amnesty Program for housing court violations. The Amnesty Program is available to any person with a case in Toledo Housing Court whose case has been issued a warrant for failure to appear or on lack of payment on fines and costs.

The Amnesty Program has been extended through July 8, 2011. Individuals will not be arrested or taken into custody when they voluntarily appear. Interested parties can contact the Court at (419) 245-3131.
