They are all grade school kids between the ages of 8-14. The age when kids can be very cruel, without understanding the impact of their words & actions. To see these young boys embrace a child with down syndrome and for them to see that he is no different from them, just a little boy who wants to play & have fun,is very touching. The buddy walk is such a good cause and I would love to see more young people become involved in it. Thank you for helping to get the word out.
