COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray said Aug. 13 that Ohioans, especially vulnerable seniors, are being scourged by sweepstakes scams whose goal is to convince unsuspecting people to send money to collect winnings that don’t exist.
