Its certainly clear to me, they have no idea of where they are going with this, its clearly a fact of trying to line their pockets with money and not caring at all who they walk on to get it....I'm for improving the park,the ramp, and it sure would be great if a channel were made deeper to get boat out to the river..not replacing it with more MUD,and tall insect attracting weeds. Lets rally for the park. Joe Carter what can I do to help?? Then, they found out sand,and rip rap material was the cause of New Orleans', flooding. And liberal liars said it was G.W., who created the hurricane, told a stupid Mayor ,to NOT USE 1200 buses to get citizens out, had an equally vapid Governor, not request the National Guard, for 3 days after the fact.
