·If you speak at this meeting you need to contact them in advance: To speak before the Board, please contact the TPS Treasurer, Dan Romano, at the Thurgood Marshall Bldg.before noon on the meeting day. Call 419-671-8245. You will be asked to identify yourself, any organization you represent, and the topic you wish to speak about.
