How does the candidate propose to take back the "excesses" and give what in return? Was he aware of the "excesses" as Law Director from 1990 to 1994 and if so, why did he not speak up then? Or does the candidate who has received endorsements from varied groups, really believe that he can and will make changes to the contracts when mediation has shown that there is little chance of any changes.
