The entire Government and Public School system in Toledo has been the same since I was a kid (I'm 48). I couldn't stand to live their anymore, nor did I want my kids to. I don't shake my head and laugh every time my Mayor makes an appearance in public. Carty is running scared. I moved to Waterville with my family 8 years ago.
