I'm in the UK and I'm currently restoring what I believe is a bicycle manufactured by the Union Cycle Mfg. Co. of Toledo. Tha brass head-badge states The Union Supply Co., Toledo, Ohio - with the model "Union Jack" on a flag, across the middle of it. I suspect that the The Union Supply Co. was the retailer - and possibly was related to the Union Cycle Mfg. Co. [same group of companies ?] My bicycle with 28" single tyre/tire wood wheels , I suspect was from the period pre. 1920 and was possibly a development of the 1890's "Crackerjack" model made by this company.
