With roughly 10 percent of Lucas County ballots counted, several local levies are passing, including COSI, both TPS levies, and the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority. Childrens services, Mental Health Board and Mental Retardation Board levies are also passing. Updated results may be found at the Lucas County Board of Elections Web site.
