Plenty of blogs to exploreWritten by Lisa Renee Ward | | firstname.lastname@example.org
With this week being the 20th week that the Blog it, Toledo feature has been online thanks to the fantastic Toledo Free Press, one thing is clear. We have not run out of good blogs to discover.
The Lovely Mrs. Davis is a Northwestern Ohio blogger. Her blog could be classified as a “Mommy Blog” yet no matter what genre you put it in? A very well done blog, her one post in particular on “A Treatise on Pop Culture”, I highly recommend.
Chicken Spaghetti was discovered thanks to the Lovely Mrs. Davis, the writer is not from the Toledo area but knowing many of you have children, I wanted to include it. This blog is an awesome resource on books for children and adults too. I spent quite a bit of time here, making some notes for books to look for our next trip to the Toledo public library.
Black Swamp Conservative as you can tell by the title is a political blog, written by Chad Baus who is a member of the Republican Central Committee in Fulton County. He focuses mainly on national politics but also does include some posts on local politics in Fulton County.
Inkmusings is another blog from Northwestern Ohio, that I found interesting. The first post that caught my eye was on “Captain Copyright”, with some creative and humorous suggestions on variations the US could use. NIMBY Man has potential for this area at times.
Green Thoughts from the Psyche Nurse is the title of our last featured blog for this week. Written by Tammy, it is mainly a personal blog but contains some awesome photos and other posts of merit. The Millau viaduct photo alone is worth a visit, it is amazing!
When she is not out there searching for blogs and at times finding some great information, Lisa Renee can be found on her own blog Glass City Jungle. If you come across a blog you’d like her to check out? Email her at email@example.com.
